SEO4i Refund Policy

SEO4i Starter and Pro subscriptions do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to paid features through the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again after cancellation, but no partial or prorated refund is issued for time remaining in the current period.

Example: If you're on a monthly plan and cancel on day 10 of a 30-day billing cycle, you keep access through day 30, with no refund for the unused 20 days.

The $299 Lifetime plan is eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, regardless of how much of your usage allowance you've used during that window. After 14 days, the Lifetime purchase is final and non-refundable.

To request a Lifetime refund within the window, contact support@seo4i.com with your account email and order details.

Email support@seo4i.com with:

• The email address associated with your SEO4i account
• Your plan type and approximate purchase date
• The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

If you believe you were charged in error, we ask that you contact us directly first at support@seo4i.com before filing a chargeback with your bank — we're generally able to resolve billing issues faster this way, and unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will apply to purchases made after the update date; they will not retroactively change the terms of a purchase already completed.
