SEO4i Privacy Policy

SEO4i is operated by Tomryn ("SEO4i," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Account information: Name, email address, and password (encrypted) when you create an account. If you sign up via Google OAuth, we receive your name and email from Google.

Payment information: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number. We retain your subscription plan, billing status, and transaction history as provided by Stripe.

Website scan data: When you submit a URL for analysis, we collect and store the resulting SEO report (score, issues found, page metadata) associated with your account, so you can view scan history and track progress over time on your dashboard.

AI-generated content: Keywords and generated articles created through Content Autopilot are stored in your account.

Third-party platform credentials: If you connect a publishing platform (e.g., WordPress), we securely store the access credentials or tokens needed to publish on your behalf.

Usage and analytics data: We use an analytics tool (e.g., Google Analytics or similar) to understand how visitors use our site — including pages visited, general location (city/country level), device type, and referral source. This data is generally aggregated and not directly tied to your account identity unless you're logged in.

Communications data: If you contact support or subscribe to updates, we collect your email and any information you provide, and use an email service provider (e.g., Mailchimp or Resend) to send transactional and marketing emails.

We use collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Generate SEO reports and AI content on your behalf
• Send transactional emails (receipts, quota alerts, account notices)
• Send marketing emails, where you have opted in (with an unsubscribe option in every email)
• Analyze usage trends to improve the product
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service

Each third-party service processes data according to its own privacy policy, in addition to this one.

We retain your account data and scan history for as long as your account remains active, so you can access your dashboard and track progress over time. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain records for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
