SEO4i Terms of Service

By accessing or using SEO4i (the "Service"), operated by Tomryn Inc. ("SEO4i," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

SEO4i provides website SEO analysis and content tools, including:

• On-page SEO audits and performance analysis, including Core Web Vitals.
• Automated crawling of a website you submit, using our crawler SEO4iBot. We respect robots.txt directives and crawl up to 100 pages per audit in order to analyze page structure, metadata, headings, internal links and indexation. Site owners can read our crawler disclosure page for the full user-agent string, crawl behaviour, and instructions for blocking SEO4iBot.
• AI-generated content suggestions, article drafts, and a review and approval workflow ("Content Autopilot").
• The SEO Strategist, an AI chat assistant that answers questions about your own audit data and stores your conversation history in your account.
• Optional connections to third-party services that you authorize: Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 (read-only), WordPress and Shopify (publishing), and RSS and IndexNow (distribution).
• Screenshots of audited pages, stored privately to your account.

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time without prior notice, though we'll make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to paying customers.

You represent and warrant that you own each website you submit for analysis, or that you are authorized by its owner to submit it. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights. We respect robots.txt directives and will honour requests from website owners to stop analyzing their site; see our crawler disclosure page for how to block SEO4iBot.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• SEO4i offers a Free plan and paid plans, each with specific usage limits described on our Pricing page.
• Starter (US$9 per month, or US$90 per year) and Pro (US$39 per month, or USD $390 per year) are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment of US$599 for continued access to Pro-tier features.
• You may cancel a monthly or annual subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until then.
• We reserve the right to change pricing for future billing cycles with reasonable advance notice. Price changes will not apply retroactively to an already-completed Lifetime purchase.
• Failed payments may result in suspension of paid features until payment is resolved.

Our refund policy is described in the separate Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Content Autopilot uses AI to generate articles based on keywords you provide. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing it, including for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with applicable laws.
• You retain ownership of content generated through your account and published via Content Autopilot, subject to the underlying AI provider's terms.
• We do not guarantee the factual accuracy, originality, or ranking performance of AI-generated content. SEO4i is not liable for consequences arising from published AI-generated content, including claims of inaccuracy, plagiarism, or defamation.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring published content complies with the terms of any third-party platform (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot) you connect to your account.

SEO4i allows you to connect third-party platforms (e.g., WordPress, RSS, HubSpot, and others as they become available) to publish content directly. By connecting a third-party account:

• You authorize SEO4i to access and publish content to that platform on your behalf, using the credentials or authorization tokens you provide.
• You are responsible for complying with that third-party platform's own terms of service.
• SEO4i is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party platforms, and integrations may break or become unavailable if a third party changes its API.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to scan, analyze, or publish content for websites you do not own or have authorization to manage, where such use violates applicable law or the target site's terms.
• Use the Service to generate or publish spam, misleading, or illegal content.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, quotas, or paywalls through technical means.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the Service without our written permission.
• Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair SEO4i's infrastructure or other users' access.

Our collection and use of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• SEO4i and its logo, branding, and underlying software are the property of Tomryn Inc. and may not be used without permission.
• You retain ownership of content and data you upload or generate through the Service, subject to the license you grant us to operate the Service (e.g., to store and process your scans and generated content).

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee specific SEO outcomes, search ranking improvements, or traffic increases. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes.
• Performance data (e.g., PageSpeed scores) is sourced from third-party APIs and may be subject to those providers' availability and rate limits.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEO4i and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and discontinuing use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
